Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Innovation from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization:Research Review and Prospect

摘要
企业家精神作为一种新型创新要素,是企业创新不容忽视的加速器和动力源泉.在中国式现代化的视角下,如何激发和弘扬优秀企业家精神,提升企业创新水平,成为学者关注的重点.基于CiteSpace知识图谱分析法,依据2010年至2022年间Web of Science和CNKI数据库的文献,可视化展现了国内外企业家精神的研究热点与演进趋向,并进一步从内涵特征、度量方式及其在中国式现代化视角下对企业创新的影响路径等方面进行了文献挖掘与述评.研究发现:第一,国内外"企业家精神"相关文献数量总体呈上升趋势,但学术界对企业家精神内涵的定义未形成一致意见,衡量方法各异.第二,在中国式现代化建设历程的各阶段,企业家精神发挥了关键作用,其可以通过促进组织学习、缓解融资约束、优化资源配置等路径驱动企业创新.
Abstract
As a new innovative element,entrepreneurship is an accelerator and power source that cannot be ignored in enterprise innovation.From the perspective of Chinese modernization,it has become the focus of scholars'attention how to stimulate and carry forward the excellent entrepreneurship and improve enterprises'innovation level.Based on the CiteSpace knowledge graph analysis method and according to the literature from Web of Science and CNKI database from 2010 to 2022,this study visually displays the research hot spots and evolution trend of entrepreneurship at home and abroad,and further explores and reviews the literature from the aspects of connotation characteristics,measurement methods and the impact path on enterprise innovation from the perspective of Chinese modernization.It is found that firstly,the overall number of literature related to"entrepreneurship"at home and abroad shows an upward trend,but there is no consensus in the academic circle on defining the connotation of entrepreneurship while the measurement methods are different,and secondly,entrepreneurship has played a key role in all the stages of the construction process of Chinese modernization,and it can drive enterprise innovation by promoting organizational learning,alleviating financing constraints,optimizing resources allocation and other paths.Finally,some thoughts and prospects are put forward for future research direction with a view to contributing to further research on entrepreneurship and enterprise innovation from the perspective of Chinese modernization.
