城市数据要素发展与企业数字化转型——来自A股上市公司的经验证据
Urban Data Element Development and Enterprise Digital Transformation:Empirical Evidence from A-share Listed Companies

摘要
伴随着数字化进程的深入推进,数据要素发展水平对企业数字化转型的影响进一步加大.基于以往文献,本研究从基础、装备、应用、成效四个维度构建数据要素发展水平的衡量指标,并使用2012-2019年上市公司全样本数据,考察城市数据要素发展水平对当地企业数字化转型的影响,结论显示:总体来看,城市数据要素发展水平对于当地企业数字化转型具有正向驱动力,且四个维度分项指标均有贡献,其中装备水平、应用水平影响更为显著.企业层面,城市数据要素发展水平对于当地非国有企业、高新企业及第二产业的数字化转型的正面影响更为积极和显著.区域层面,对于东北地区影响突出、中部地区次之,对于东部地区传导机制更通畅、西部地区影响不显著.对此,提出加大资源投入力度以提升数据要素发展水平、调动政府与市场两种力量来激发企业数字化转型活力的政策建议.
Abstract
With the deepening promotion of digitalization process,the impact of data element development level on enterprise digital transformation is further increasing.Based on previous literature,this study constructs the measurement indicators for data element development level from the four dimensions of foundation,equipment,application and effectiveness,and examines the impact of urban data element development level on local enterprise digital transformation.The conclusion shows that on the whole,urban data element development level has a positive driving force for local enterprise digital transformation,and all the sub-indicators of the four dimensions make contributions,of which equipment level and application level have a more significant impact.At the enterprise level,urban data element development level has a more positive and significant impact on the digital transformation of local non-state-owned enterprises,high-tech enterprises and the secondary industry.At the regional level,the impact is prominent in the northeast region,followed by the central region while the transmission mechanism in the eastern region is smoother and the impact in the western region is not significant.In this regard,such policy recommendations are proposed as increasing resource investment to enhance data element development level and mobilizing both government and market forces to stimulate the vitality of enterprise digital transformation.
