The high-quality development of agricultural industrialization has become an inevitable direction for China's agricultural development,and the talent support system is a key factor for the high-quality development of agricultural industrialization.The leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization are an important force for the high-quality development of agricultural industrialization,the talent support system construction of which is crucial for expanding and strengthening enterprises,optimizing and revitalizing the upstream and downstream industries and promoting the high-quality development of agricultural industrialization.This study designs twenty evaluation indicators for the talent support system of high-quality agricultural industrialization development from six aspects,conducts a questionnaire survey by taking Fujian Province as an example and targeting the 507 leading agricultural industrialization enterprises in nine cities in Fujian Province,and systematically evaluates the talent support system of high-quality agricultural industrialization development.The diagnosis indicates that the leading agricultural industrialization enterprises are facing such problems as shortage of digital and technological talents,incomplete talent cultivation system,imperfect talent introduction mechanism,unscientific talent evaluation system,simple talent incentive method,insufficient systematic talent management and insufficient policy and social support.Therefore,it is recommended to build a supply chain for agricultural digital technology talents,perfect agricultural talent cultivation system,perfect agricultural talent introduction mechanism,establish scientific mechanism for evaluating agricultural talents,implement effective incentive mechanism for agricultural talents,innovate agricultural talent management mechanism,increase policy support for agricultural talents,and promote high-quality development of agricultural industrialization.
