摘要
家族企业长期导向是区别于非家族企业的重要资源,通过回顾近年来的相关文献,在对家族企业长期导向关键关系进行分组的基础上,构建了包括前因、结果、中介及调节因素在内的家族企业长期导向综合框架.研究框架揭示了家族控制、CEO任期、代际传承和家族声誉的影响因素,创业行为等中介机制和参与式决策等调节变量的作用过程,以及企业绩效方面的影响效应.最后,结合框架内容,总结当前研究存在的不足,指出未来可以进一步在平衡家族企业长期导向与短视行为、立足中国本土进行研究以及拓展长期导向研究领域等方面进行补充.
Abstract
The long-term orientation of family business is an important resource that distinguishes them from non-family business.By reviewing relevant literature in recent years and based on grouping the key relationships in long-term orientation of family business,this study constructs a comprehensive framework for long-term orientation of family business,including antecedents,outcomes,intermediary and regulatory factors.The research framework reveals the influencing factors for family control,CEO tenure,intergenerational inheritance and family reputation,the action process of such mediating mechanisms as entrepreneurial behavior and such moderating variables as participatory decision-making,as well as the impact effect on corporate performance,and finally,combined with the framework content,summaries the shortcomings of current research,and points out that in the future,further supplements can be made in balancing the long-term orientation and short-sighted behavior of family business,conducting research based on China's local context,and expanding the field of long-term orientation research.
