摘要
近期,国家档案局在科研布局上迈出了重要步伐,国家档案局重点实验室建设已拉开帷幕.本文分析了国家档案局重点实验室效能评估的重要性,提出构建国家档案局重点实验室效能评估体系,以全面客观地评价实验室的运行效能和科研水平,为实验室管理与良性发展提供科学决策依据.
Abstract
Recently,the State Archives Administration of China has made significant strides in its scientific research layout,and the construction of key laboratories under the auspices of the State Archives Administration has kicked off.This paper analyzes the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of these key laboratories and proposes the establishment of an evaluation system to comprehensively and objectively assess their operational effectiveness and scientific research level.This evaluation system aims to provide scientific decision-making support for the management and sound development of the laboratories.
