《科学技术研究项目档案管理规范》的出台为新时期科研档案规范化管理提供了实践指引.本文在对该规范修订背景、意义、内容变化进行分析阐述的基础上,对照规范剖析当前科研档案管理存在的问题,进而依据规范要求结合实际工作提出具体措施,以期推动新时期科研档案工作高质量发展.
Abstract
The release of the Specifications for Archives Management of Scientific and Technological Research Projects provides a practical guidance for the standardized management of scientific research archives in the new period.Based on the analysis of the revised background,significance,and content changes of this specification,this article analyzes the problems of the current scientific research archives management in accordance with the specifications.In addition,this article proposes specific measures in combination with actual work,in order to promote the high-quality development of scientific research archives in the new period.
