基于新分时电价政策的用电负荷特性分析

摘要
主要从用电负荷的时序特性、新分时电价政策的影响等角度,对全网用电负荷和各产业用电负荷的特性进行分析.通过对典型日用电负荷数据进行分析,发现新分时电价政策对第一产业用电负荷基本无影响,对第二产业用电负荷影响较大,对第三产业用电负荷影响较小,进一步说明新分时电价政策促使生产企业调整生产时序,有助于光伏消纳和电力平衡.
Abstract
From the aspects of the temporal characteristics of electricity loads and the influence of the new time-of-use electricity price policy,the characteristics of the total grid electricity loads and the electricity loads of different industries are analyzed.Through the analysis of typical daily electricity load data,it is found that the new time-of-use electricity price policy basically has no impact on the electricity loads of the primary industry,has significant impact on the electricity loads of the secondary in-dustry,and has relatively minor impact on the electricity loads of the tertiary industry.This further indicates that the new time-of-use electricity price policy prompts production enterprises to adjust their production schedules,which facilitates photovoltaic pow-er accommodation and power balance.
