Diagnosis of Abnormal Shake During Steam Turbine Turning and Analysis of Vibration Signal
In allusion to the problem of the large shake amplitude measured by two vibration sensors of No.4 bearing during steam turbine shutdown turning in a nuclear power plant,the comparison and analysis are carried out on the main shaft shake data ob-tained during turning.The cause of abnormal shake of No.4 bearing during steam turbine turning is determined,the correctness of the judgment is verified through the disassembly inspection.The influences of rotor defects on vibration signals are analyzed from three aspects:thermal expansion,rotor position and operation condition,and the suggestions to eliminate the influences of rotor de-fects on vibration signals are proposed.
