300MW燃煤锅炉燃烧优化调整研究

以某发电厂300 MW燃煤锅炉为研究对象,分析动态分离器频率、磨煤机出力等对煤粉细度的影响.对锅炉燃烧系统进行优化调整试验,重点针对锅炉运行氧量、动态分离器的频率、乏气风门开度、燃尽风门开度等进行调整,计算每个工况下锅炉热效率和氮氧化物含量.根据试验结果确定最合理的运行控制参数,并提出运行过程中的注意事项.
Optimization and Adjustment Research on 300 MW Coal-fired Boiler Combustion
The 300 MW coal-fired boiler in a power plant is taken as the research object to analyze the impact of parameters such as dynamic separator frequency,coal mill output and other factors on coal powder fineness.The optimization and adjustment tests are conducted on the boiler combustion system,specifically focusing on adjusting parameters such as boiler operating oxygen con-tent,dynamic separator frequency,exhaust air damper opening degree and over-fire air damper opening degree.The boiler ther-mal efficiency and nitrogen oxide content are calculated under each operation condition.Based on the test results,the most ratio-nal operation control parameters are determined,and the precautions during operation are proposed.
