Practical Exploration of Talent Cultivation in Electrical Engineering Major from the Collaborative Perspective
Considering the current challenges in the talent cultivation of electrical engineering major in domestic universities,such as insufficient cross-disciplinary integration,inadequate practical teaching,and deficient innovation capacity,the practical experience of talent cultivation in the electrical engineering major at Nanyang Technological University is analyzed from three per-spectives:interdisciplinary collaboration,coordination between in-class and extracurricular activities,and collaboration between on-campus and off-campus initiatives.Through a comparative analysis of the current state of talent cultivation in electrical engi-neering major in domestic universities,practical pathways for reform and innovation in the training mode are proposed.The sug-gested pathways include interdisciplinary collaborative education,collaborative education between academia and industry,and in-ternational collaborative education,aiming to cultivate highly qualified and versatile talents meeting the demands of the"dual car-bon"goals.
