产教融合视域下高职院校工匠精神培育探究

摘要
在产教融合背景下,针对高职院校工匠精神培养存在的问题及原因,探索高职院校工匠精神培育的有效路径,在课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、校企合作质量、评价指标体系等方面进行探究,提出提升人才培养质量的有效途径,不断加强学生职业素养和创新能力的培养,对高职教育的高质量发展有着重要意义.
Abstract
In the context of industry-education integration,focusing on the existing issues and reasons related to the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,the effective pathways for cultivating craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges are explored.The aspects on curriculum system reform,faculty team construction,the quality of school-enterprise cooper-ation,and evaluation indicator system,etc.are plumbed and the effective approaches to enhance the quality of talent cultivation are proposed to continuously improve the cultivation of students'vocational competence and innovation capability,which holds significant implications for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.
