摘要
基于高职院校建筑装饰工程技术专业的人才培养现状,分析当前教学存在的课程设置不够合理、教学内容滞后、师资力量不够雄厚、教学方式传统等问题.针对建筑装饰工程技术专业实践性较强的特征,通过提升课程设置合理性、课程内容创新性、师资团队教学水平以及创新课程教学方式等措施,强化高职院校建筑装饰工程技术专业人才培养能力.
Abstract
Based on the current status of talent cultivation of architectural decoration engineering technology major in higher voca-tional colleges,the issues such as unreasonable curriculum design,outdated teaching content,weak teaching staff,and traditional teaching methods are analyzed.Considering the strong practical characteristics of architectural decoration engineering technology major,the measures such as improving the rationality of curriculum design,innovating curriculum content,enhancing the teaching competence of the teaching team and innovating teaching methods are proposed to strengthen the ability to cultivate talents in ar-chitectural decoration engineering technology major in higher vocational colleges.
