摘要
针对茶区用电负荷特性和茶区配电网存在的问题,基于用电可靠性、安全性和经济性,建立茶区配电网适应性规划和节能优化管理机制,采取茶区饱和负荷精准预测、台区低压线路互联、三相不平衡治理、制茶设备改造等措施,解决茶季季节性高峰用电安全隐患、供电能力不足,以及非茶季设备轻载、线损率高等难题,实现茶区高可靠性供电和企业降损增效的目的.
Abstract
Considering the characteristics of electricity load and the existing problems in the tea area distribution network,an adaptive planning and energy-saving optimization management mechanism for the tea area distribution network is established based on electricity reliability,safety and economy.The measures including accurate prediction of tea area saturated load,inter-connection of low-voltage lines in distribution station areas,three-phase imbalance control and transformation of tea-making equipment are implemented to solve the problems such as seasonal peak electricity consumption hazards,insufficient power sup-ply capacity during tea season,light equipment load,high line loss rate during non-tea season,so as to achieve high reliability power supply in the tea area and reduce losses and increase efficiency for enterprises.
