Deep Peak Regulation Analysis of 300 MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Cogeneration Unit
Under the premise of ensuring heating demand and the safe and stable operation of the unit, the measures such as boiler combustion adjustment, heating steam extraction valve opening adjustment and environmental parameter control are employed to reduce the minimum technical output during the heating period of a certain unit from 50%of the rated load to 45%of the rated load.By utilizing the spot trading rules, the power plant achieves higher electricity sale revenue during the 45%rated load period than during the 50%rated load period, while reducing fuel and environmental expenses. However, due to the excessively low out-put of the unit, some issues arise, such as limited heating steam extraction capacity and increased heat loss due to incomplete com-bustion.The corresponding measures are proposed to address these issues and ensure the safe operation of the unit.
