燃气机组为电网调峰需要频繁启停,其工频运行的给水泵电动机因频繁启停容易发生启动瞬间端部断裂事故.通过研究给水泵的运行特性和给水管路的阻力特性,将给水流量调节方式由出口阀门调节改为给水泵变速调节,电动机的运行模式由工频模式转为更为灵活的变频模式.对具体变频改造方案进行了安全效益评价和经济效益评价,结果表明该方案可提高机组运行的安全性和经济性.
Research on Frequency Conversion Transformation for Feed Pump Motors of Gas Turbine Units
Gas turbine units need to be frequently started and stopped for peak regulation in power grid operation.The feed pump motors,which operate at power frequency,are prone to end breakage accidents in the starting moment due to frequent starting and stopping.By studying the operating characteristics of feed pumps and the resistance characteristics of feed water pipes,the regu-lation mode of feed water flow is changed from outlet valve regulation to variable speed regulation of feed pump,and the opera-tion mode of the motor is changed from the power frequency mode to a more flexible variable frequency mode.The safety benefit evaluation and economic benefit evaluation are conducted for the specific frequency conversion transformation scheme,and the re-sults indicate that the scheme can improve the safety and economy of unit operation.
