Analysis of Metering Asset Cost Management Based on Full Life Cycle
The concept of full life cycle management is being increasingly introduced into metering asset management by globally renowned electric power enterprises.Relying on an integrated measurement control platform,the production management data from eight major stages of full life cycle of metering assets are analyzed.Based on statistical results of the reasons for historical me-tering asset shutdown,a prediction model of metering asset lifespan is established.The scientific cost control strategies are then implemented in the asset procurement stage,distribution stage,operation stage and scrapping stage to optimize the quality of me-tering assets and minimize the cost in full life cycle,thus achieving the management objectives of metering assets.
