摘要
构建基于智慧校园建设的现代培训管理体系,以"管理高效、资源共享、服务优质、科学决策"为导向,利用"大云物移智"等新技术,打造教育培训管理中心、学习中心、服务中心、数据中心.建立完整的"数字标签"体系和员工学习成长地图,实现教育培训项目全覆盖、全链条、标准化线上管理和培训数据分级分类展示,以提供人才培养精准画像,提升智能化辅助决策能力,推动教育培训事业数字化转型升级.
Abstract
A modern training management system based on smart campus construction is aimed to be established.Guided by the principles of"efficient management,resource sharing,quality service,and scientific decision-making",utilizing new technologies such as"big data,cloud computing,the Internet of Things,mobile communication,and artificial intelligence",an integrated educa-tion and training management center,learning center,service center,and data center are established.A comprehensive"digital tagging"system and an employee learning and growth map are established to achieve full-coverage,end-to-end and standardized online management of training projects,and hierarchical classification and display of training data.This aims to provide a precise profile of talent development,enhance intelligent decision-making capabilities,and promote the digital transformation and up-grading of the education and training business.
