摘要
为了加强所属电力科技期刊的质量管理,国家电网有限公司坚持组织开展电力行业科技期刊的年度审读工作.审读工作依据企业标准开展,通过遴选审读员组织审读组,按统一的评判标准对电力期刊从政治质量、学术质量、编校质量和出版质量4个方面开展审读,形成审读报告并进行交流.最后对审读标准的统一性、内容的全面性、过程的规范性、类别的差异性以及审读成果的推广等问题给出解决建议.
Abstract
In order to strengthen the quality management of its affiliated scientific journals,State Grid Corporation of China per-sists in organizing annual review work of scientific journals in the power industry.The review work is carried out in accordance with corporate standards.The review team is organized by selecting expert reviewers,and the review of power journals is conducted from four aspects:political quality,academic quality,editing quality,and publishing quality,using unified evaluation standard.Re-view reports are formed for communication.Finally,suggestions are made for addressing issues related to the uniformity of review standards,comprehensiveness of contents,standardization of processes,differentiation of categories,and promotion of review re-sults.
