Practice Analysis of Youth Participation in Emergency Volunteer Service in State-owned Enterprises
Based on the successful practice of youth emergency volunteer service,surveys and interviews are employed to analyze the proportion of volunteers,organizational channels,motives for participation,supporting forces,cultural identity,and growth achievements.It is believed that state-owned enterprises are the most important support for social emergency volunteer services.Three suggestions are proposed for the successful participation of young people of state-owned enterprises in emergency volunteer services:leveraging political advantages and adhering to the leadership of Party building;leveraging organizational advantages and intensifying the construction of youth emergency volunteer service teams;and leveraging the youth's own characteristics to demonstrate the role of youth pioneers and commandos.
