根据对配电柜结构的分析,并结合低压不停电作业的实际情况,提出了切实可行的低压配电柜带电加装智能融合终端的方法.设计了合理的作业流程,分析了作业过程中的短路风险、误操作风险及影响作业效率的因素,提出了相应的危险点控制措施,研制了理线工具、成套绝缘遮蔽用具等新型带电作业工器具,以降低作业风险,保证带电作业过程安全、高效.
Method for Live Installation of Intelligent Fusion Terminal in Low-voltage Distribution Cabinet and Control Measures for Dangerous Points
Based on the analysis of the structure of the distribution cabinet,as well as the actual situation of low-voltage live work-ing,a practicable method for live installation of intelligent fusion terminal in low-voltage distribution cabinet is put forward.A rea-sonable operation process is designed,the risks of short-circuit,misoperation and factors affecting the operation efficiency in the operation process are analyzed,the corresponding dangerous point control measures are put forward,and the new live working tools such as the line arrangement tool and the insulation shielding kit are developed,so as to reduce the operation risks and ensure the safety and efficiency of live working.
