摘要

根据某公司220 kV GIS改进的需要,设计了一种适用于该GIS母线的斜圈弹簧触指结构.基于理论计算,完成了斜圈弹簧、触头座、导电杆结构的设计.为验证设计的可行性,在直角坐标系下建立斜圈弹簧参数方程,利用Matlab软件绘制斜圈弹簧空间曲线,将空间曲线各点坐标导入SolidWorks三维绘图软件,最终建立了斜圈弹簧触指结构三维仿真模型.通过仿真模拟,验证了理论计算的正确性.

Abstract

According to the needs of 220 kV GIS improvement of a certain company,a kind of canted coil spring contact finger structure suitable for the GIS busbar is designed.The structure of canted coil spring,contact base and conductive rod is designed based on the theoretical calculation.To verify the feasibility of the design,the parametric equation of the canted coil spring is es-tablished in the rectangular coordinate system,the space curve of the canted coil spring is plotted by Matlab software,the coordi-nates of each point on the space curve are imported into SolidWorks three-dimensional drawing software,finally the three-dimen-sional simulation model of the canted coil spring contact finger structure is established.The correctness of theoretical calculation is verified by the simulation.
