500 kV变压器冷却系统寄生回路的分析及处理

针对某500 kV强迫油循环风冷变压器在冷却器运行方式切换过程中出现的备用冷却器误启动故障,在分析备用冷却器启动控制回路原理的基础上,结合冷却系统现场检查情况,确定了故障原因,即在冷却器运行方式切换过程中,其控制回路中存在因时间继电器配合不当而产生的寄生回路,导致备用冷却器启动控制继电器动作.最后提出了在备用冷却器启动回路中设置切换开关的改进措施,为类似冷却系统故障的处理提供参考.
Analysis and Treatment of Parasitic Circuit in Cooling System of a 500 kV Transformer
In allusion to a fault of mistaken startup of the standby cooler during the process of switching the operation mode of the coolers of a 500 kV forced oil-circulated air-cooled transformer,based on the analysis of the principle of the startup control cir-cuit of the standby cooler,combining with the on-site inspection of the cooling system,the cause of the fault is determined,i.e.dur-ing the process of switching the operation mode of the coolers,the parasitic circuit in the control circuit due to the improper coordi-nation of time relays causes the startup control relay of the standby cooler to act.Finally,the improvement measure of setting trans-fer switch in the startup circuit of standby cooler is proposed,wihic provides reference for the treatment of similar cooling system faults.
