110 kV~500 kV架空输电线路导线损伤修补措施研究

当110 kV~500 kV架空输电线路导线出现损伤时,由于导线在施工验收阶段、运维检修阶段的合格标准不同,现场导线修补存在修补混乱、无效验收等问题.针对这些问题,在分析单丝缠绕、预绞丝、修补管、切断重接等主要修补方式的基础上,研究了在不同阶段、不同损伤情况下110 kV~500 kV架空输电线路导线的差异化修补措施,以提高导线的运行效率和安全性能.
Research on Measures for Repairing Conductor Damage of 110 kV~500 kV Overhead Power Transmission Lines
When the 110 kV~500 kV overhead power transmission line conductor damage occurs,due to the different qualified standards of conductors in the construction inspection stage and the operation and maintenance stage,there are problems with on-site conductor repair,such as chaotic repair and ineffective acceptance.In allusion to the problems,on the basis of analyzing the main repair methods such as monofilament winding,preformed armor rod,repair sleeve and cutting and reconnecting,the differen-tiated repair measures of 110 kV~500 kV overhead power transmission line conductors under different damage conditions at differ-ent stages are studied,thus improving the operation efficiency and safety performance of conductors.
