摘要
为了提升参与储能调频的发电机组控制系统的性能,提出了一种适应储能调频的控制系统故障诊断及自愈控制方法.首先采集并预处理物理控制系统的输入、输出数据,基于物理机理建立控制系统模型.其次,在控制系统模型层构建改进型扩张状态观测器,基于改进型扩张状态观测器设计控制系统故障判据,进行系统的故障诊断.最后,采用变负荷扰动试验验证了方法的有效性.试验中,优化后的主蒸汽压力平均控制偏差为优化前的31.3%,主蒸汽压力的稳定性大幅度提升.
Abstract
A control system fault diagnosis and self-healing control method adapted to energy storage frequency regulation is pro-posed to improve the performance of the control system of power units involved in energy storage frequency regulation.Firstly,the I/O data of the physical control system is collected and pre-processed,and a control system model is established based on the physical mechanism.Secondly,an improved extended state observer is constructed at the control system model level,based on which,the control system fault criterion is designed to carry out the fault diagnosis of the system.Finally,a variable load perturba-tion test is conducted to verify the effectiveness of the method.In the test,the coutrol deviation of main steam pressure after opti-mization is 31.3%of that before optimization on average,and the stability of main steam pressure is greatly improved.
