Evaluation Concepts and Practice Paths of Higher Vocational Teachers in the Context of Education Evaluation Reform
In view of the imperfect construction of the evaluation system and the unclear path in the process of education evalua-tion reform,a close connection between education evaluation reform and the high-quality development of vocational education is elaborated to highlight the important impact of education evaluation reform on the development of vocational education.The scien-tific evaluation concepts that higher vocational teachers are expected to have are analyzed with respect to the group of teachers,in-cluding taking students'literacy as the basis,focusing on the development of students'comprehensive ability,adhering to the phi-losophy of teaching according to students'abilities,and emphasizing the consistency of"teaching,learning,applying and evaluat-ing".By combining the scientific evaluation concepts that higher vocational teachers should have,the paths of its practice are ex-plained to provide reference for the implementation of education evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges.
