企业办学特色下电力专科学校的教育评价改革探讨

摘要
针对当前教育评价体系下学生实践能力培养不足的问题,以电力行业人才需求为导向,结合"输电线路检修"实训课程的特点,提出了教育评价改革方案.通过构建多元化评价体系,加强对学生实践能力和职业素养的考核,实施了完善评价体系、加强师资建设、创新教学方法与手段、深化校企合作等多项改革措施.结果表明,改革后的教育评价体系能够提升学生的实践能力和职业素养,较好地满足电力行业对人才的培养需求.
Abstract
In view of the problem of insufficient cultivation of students'practical ability in the current education evaluation sys-tem,an education evaluation reform scheme is proposed on the basis of the demand for talents in the electric power industry,as well as the characteristics of the practical training course transmission line maintenance.A number of reform measures such as im-proving the evaluation system,strengthening teachers'construction,innovating teaching methods and means,and deepening school-enterprise cooperation have been implemented through the construction of a diversified evaluation system and the en-hancement of the assessment of students'practical ability and vocational literacy.Results show that the reformed education evalu-ation system can improve students'practical ability and their vocational literacy,and better meet the demand for talents cultiva-tion in the electric power industry.
