电力职业教育有效课堂互动与学生学习效果关系研究

摘要
针对电力职业教育中学生学习动力不足、学习效果不佳等问题,以高职院校"电工基础"课程为例,引入有效课堂互动理念,探讨有效课堂互动的特征、定义及评估方法,介绍判定学生学习效果的内容与原则,阐述有效课堂互动的作用机制.通过具体实例,重点分析有效课堂互动在促进学生学习效果的3个维度上的实践逻辑.此外,针对电力职业教育教学资源不足和学生基础差异较大的情况,提供了师生互动和生生互动的参考案例,以提升高职院校有效课堂互动教学水平.
Abstract
Taking the electrician engineer basis course of higher vocational colleges as an example,a concept of effective classroom interaction is introduced to address the problems of insufficient learning motivation and poor learning outcome of students in elec-tric power vocational education,exploring the characteristics,definition and assessment methods of effective classroom interac-tion,introducing the contents and principles of determining the learning effect of students,and elaborating on the functioning mechanism of effective classroom interaction.The practical logic of effective classroom interaction in promoting the learning out-come of students focusing on three dimensions is analyzed through specific examples.In addition,reference cases of teacher-stu-dent interaction and student-student interaction are presented to improve the level of effective classroom interaction teaching in higher vocational colleges in response to the lack of teaching resources in electric power vocational education and the large differ-ences in students'foundation.
