Research on the Construction of New Generation Emergency Communication Command System for Power Grid Enterprises
To enhance the construction of emergency communication command system with the main goal of grid risk response,a new generation emergency communication command system with the core of"satellite portable station+wireless self-organizing network+converged dispatching all-in-one machine+business terminal"is proposed on the basis of researching the advanced technologies,such as satellite communication,wireless broadband self-organizing network,multi-source information conver-gence,and the integrated solution,to realize information convergence,voice intercom,video communication,scheduling command and other functions at the scene of emergency,thus satisfying the communication needs of various scenarios such as power grid emergency and marine operation,and improving the level of construction of emergency communication command system of power grid enterprises.
