Discussion on Cultivated Land Concept under the Perspective of Food Security
Focusing on cultivated land resource condition of our country,starting from the vision of guaran-teeing safety,the necessity of cultivated land resource conservation during the variation of food security concept has been analyzed.Through the international overview and the understanding of cultivated land concept from the perspective of history,common sense,technique and suggestions for improving cultivat-ed land concept have been put forward.Quantitative analysis,empirical analysis,logistical analysis,his-torical investigation have been used in this study.It will provide some references for strengthening the abil-ity to guarantee food security and arable land security.The current concept of cultivated land overly em-phasizes technological logic,which is not conducive to China's food security and the improvement of resi-dents'living standards under the condition of tight agricultural production land resources.Especially,the production of edible agricultural products is the main function of gardens and cultivated land.It is necessa-ry to adapt to the needs of China's agriculture,especially the development of the planting industry,return the concept of cultivated land to its original meaning and common sense,include land resources,such as gardens that support the development of the planting industry in the scope of cultivated land,and endow the concept of cultivated land with management logic and planning attributes.By integrating legal logic,management logic,technical logic,and common sense cognition,the concept of cultivated land is defined as"land used for planting crops".It will form a pursuit of the overall interests and values of national food security.
