Geological Characteristics and Prospecting Prospect of Rare Metal Deposits inTaohuayu—Shipeng Area in Xintai City in Shandong Province
The rare metal deposits in Taohuayu—Shipeng area in Xintai city in Shandong province are loca-ted in the middle of Xinfushan uplift.Five granitic pegmatite veins containing rare metal elements have been found in the area.One Li-Be-Nb-Ta orebody,one Be-Nb-Ta orebody and two Nb-Ta ore-bodies have been delineated.Based on systematic analysis of regional geological background,geological characteristics of rare metal orebodies have been explained,the ore control factors and prospecting criteria have been summarized,and the prospecting prospects has been studied.It will provide some references for the exploration of pegmatite type rare metal deposits in this area.
