Discussion on Exploitation and Management of Geothermal Resources in Dezhou City
As a clean,low-carbon,safe and stable non-carbon-based energy with advanced development technology and scientific operation and management,geothermal energy is an indispensable energy to a-chieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.Dezhou city is one of the rich areas of geothermal re-sources in Shandong province.At present,geothermal resources which have been found in the city are a-bout 500 billion cubic meters,and the total reserves of geothermal resources are 3.80X 1020 J,accounting for 21.35％of the province.Geothermal resources have the dual attributes of water resources and mineral resources,and are a special groundwater.Dezhou city focuses on the reform of mineral resources manage-ment and promotes high quality development of mineral resources development and utilization.Relying on the advantages of geothermal resources,adhering to the development concept of"development in protec-tion and protection in development",supervision and management of geothermal resources protection,de-velopment and utilization have been carried out according to local conditions.New models and new paths for the development and utilization of geothermal resources have been explored and achieved remarkable results.
