Study on Performance Evaluation and Formation Mechanism of Soil and Water Conservation Projects in Dongwen River Basin in Linyi City in Shandong Province
In this paper,selecting 5 primary indicators,including project decision-making,project man-agement,project output,project benefits and satisfaction,15 secondary indicators and 37 tertiary indica-tors.,by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP),performance of soil and water conservation pro-jects in Dongwen river basin has been evaluated.The causes of performance evaluation results have been studied.By using SCP paradigm(structure-conduct-performance analysis paradigm),formation mecha-nism of project performance has been analyzed.The importance of strengthening multi-party collaboration and forming a long-term mechanism has been emphasized.It will provide some references for exploring and improving the performance of ecological protection and restoration projects in other regions.
