无人机视频实时融合技术在威海市应急测绘中的应用

自然灾害场景下的传统应急测绘方式以无人机摄影测量为主,测绘成果的生产需要大量的内业数据处理工作,对受灾现场情况的获取具有一定的滞后性,难以对灾害的具体发生地点进行实时定位并确定受灾范围.基于摄影测量和SLAM理论,本文实现了无人机视频画面与三维场景的融合,并使用线性插值方法对视频融合效果进行了优化,以此为基础建立了无人机实时视频融合系统.通过构建森林防火专题场景,研发几何量测、森林山火火点定位、视频回放等实用功能,可为应急测绘抢险救灾场景提供实时可靠的测绘地理信息支撑.
Application of UAV Video Real Time Fusion Technology in Emergency Mapping in Weihai City
The traditional emergency mapping method in natural disaster scenarios is based on UAV photo-grammetry.The production of mapping results requires a large amount of internal data processing work.It has a certain lag in the acquisition of the disaster site situation,and is unable to locate the specific loca-tion of the disasters in real time and determine the scope of the disaster.Based on photogrammetry and SLAM theory,the fusion of UAV video images and 3D scenes have been realized,and the video fusion ef-fecthas been optimized by using linear interpolation means.A UAV real-time video fusion system has been established based.By constructing a forest fire prevention thematic scene and developing practical functions,such as geometric measurement,forest hill fire point localization and video playback,it can pro-vide a real time and reliable mapping geographic information support for emergency mapping and rescue and disaster relief scenarios.
