The small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises face challenges such as high pressure on scientific and technological innovation and fragile risk resistance,leading to a conservative state in the development process of such enterprises with weak innovation-driven force,and low performance level.The intervention of technology insurance has to some extent enhanced the risk resistance ability of enterprises and has a direct and indirect impact on their innovation performance.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises and the current development status of science-and-technology insurance,the article studies the impact of science-and-technology insurance on the innovation performance of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises from the perspective of risk prevention and guarantee.Furthermore,the reasonable suggestions are proposed to enhance the innovation performance level of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises.
