With the intensification of globalization and market competition,the demand for cadre training in textile enterprises has become more urgent.The study summarizes the dilemmas faced by current textile enterprise in cadre training through surveys of multiple textile enterprises in Z city and interviews with enterprise cadres,combined with research and analysis of literature data.It also proposes policy recommendations to break through the dilemmas of cadre training of textile enterprise,providing strong talent protection and support for the sustainable development of textile enterprises.
