Based on the surveys about several Yancheng Textile Printing and Dyeing Industrial Parks and Yancheng Institute of Technology,a local unicersity,the paper examines the main causes of the serious carbon emissions of enterprises in the parks,and discusses the main strategies for implementing emission-reduction measures.Researches on the focuses of low-carbon development of enterprises promoted by science technologies and talents from local universities and the specific effect on the carbon emission reduction of the enterprises,can enrich the theoretical content of low-carbon innovation and development of textile printing and dyeing industries.
