Exploration on the Path of Talent Cultivation Mode under School-Enterprise Collaborative Innovation Mechanism
With the in-depth development of vocational education,there is a new demand for the cultivation of students'employment ability in vocational colleges and universities,and the regional development can not be separated from the active exploration of professional personnel training in local colleges and universities.On the basis of analyzing the current cultivation situation of students majored in textile,combined with the positioning and characteristics of local development,collaborate with the enterprises to refine the opportunities and challenges faced during the training of professional students'employment ability.The paper probes into the construction methods of the development system of textile and garment industry and the path of personnel training mode under the school-enterprise collaborative innovation mechanism,and puts forward some corresponding improvement measures and construction ideas for promoting the cultivation of professional skills and employment ability of professional students.
