A Study on the Hierarchical Practical Teaching Model in Fashion and Costume Design Major of Higher Vocational Institutions
In order to cultivate the applied skilled talents who"know the craft,are able to design,and can plan"of fashion majors in higher vocational institutions,the article carries out the analysis of hierarchical practical teaching mode.In the article,the joint teaching mechanism of internal and external faculty is innovated,the planning of course objectives and the teaching mode based on the hierarchical cultivation of skills are constructed,and the"cutthrough+focus"teaching system of ideology and politics education integrated into the whole process of professional courses is specified,moreover,a"three-stages,three-steps"faculty enhancement program is also formed.As a result,the construction of the hierarchical practical teaching model of"skill popularization+proficiency","skill+specialty"and"skill+market"has been gradually improved,which is of great constructive significance to cultivate students'practical ability,enhance teachers'application ability,and build up the school's professional characteristics.
