摘要
在产教融合背景下,纺织工程专业应面向产业发展培养知识、能力、素质并重的复合型人才.为此,文章以提高纺织工程专业人才培养质量、推动产教融合为目的,围绕面向新疆纺织产业人才需求的纺织工程专业人才培养模式改革进行研究,探究了纺织工程专业人才培养模式的改革路径,并对存在的问题提出了针对性的建议,以期为纺织工程专业人才培养提供一些理论参考.
Abstract
In the context of the integration of industry and education,the textile engineering major should cultivate composite talents with equal emphasis on knowledge,ability,and quality for industrial development.Therefore,the article aims to improve the quality of talent cultivation in the textile engineering profession and promote the integration of industry and education.It focuses on the reform of the talent cultivation mode for the textile engineering profession in Xinjiang,explores the reform path of the talent cultivation mode for the textile engineering profession,and proposes targeted measures for the existing problems,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the talent cultivation of the textile engineering profession.
