摘要
在"互联网+"的浪潮席卷全国并给各行各业都带来革命性变化的同时,现有的职业技能培养培训模式也面临着极大的挑战,纷纷走向改革和转型.该文深入分析了传统教育培训模式存在的短板及问题,介绍了"互联网+职业技能培训"模式的具体探索实践,指出了该模式在信息互联互通、资源共享共用、监督考核等方面的优势,对平台应用与机制建设的关系进行了论述,并提出了下步努力方向.
Abstract
As the wave of"Internet+"sweeps the country and brings revolutionary changes to all walks of life,the existing vocational skills training model is also facing great challenges and has to be reformed and transformed.This paper deeply analyzes the shortcomings and problems existing in the traditional education and training model,introduces the specific exploration and practice of the"Internet+vocational skills training"model,points out the advantages of this model in information interconnection,resources sharing,supervision and assessment,discusses the relationship between platform application and mechanism construction,and puts forward the next direction of efforts.
