摘要
在我国提出并积极推进"双循环"新发展格局战略的大背景下,如何提高企业自身竞争力和可持续发展能力是摆在每一个企业面前的重要课题.为解决企业发展中面临的资源配置效率低下、核心竞争力不足等问题,本文以企业资源整合策略为例,对企业资源整合的概念、重要性、策略选择以及实施过程进行了系统性研究,提出了内部资源整合、外部资源整合和跨界资源整合三种整合策略,并在每种策略下具体分析了人力资源、财务资源、供应链管理、战略联盟、行业间整合和全球视野下的资源整合等具体方式.本文成果契合我国推进的"双循环"新发展格局的要求,以期为企业管理者制定资源整合发展战略提供参考.
Abstract
Against the background of new development pattern strategy of"double circulation"proposed and actively promoted by China,how to improve the enterprises'competitiveness and sustainable development ability is an important issue faced by every enterprise.In order to solve the problems of low efficiency of resource allocation and insufficient core competitiveness in the development of enterprises,the paper takes the integration strategy of enterprise resources as an example,systematically studies the concept,importance,strategy selection and implementation process of enterprise resource integration,and puts forward three integration strategies:internal resource integration,external resource integration and cross-border resource integration.Under each strategy,the specific methods of human resources,financial resources,supply chain management,strategic alliance,inter-industry integration and resource integration under the global perspective are analyzed.The results of the paper fit the requirements of the new development pattern of"double circulation"promoted by our country,in order to provide reference for enterprise managers to formulate resource integration development strategy.
