民办高职大数据与会计专业产教融合人才培养模式探索
Exploration on Talent Training Model for Integration of Industry and Education in Big Data and Accounting Majors of Private Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要
产教融合人才培养模式是提升高职教育质量和推动经济发展的重要途径.民办高职大数据与会计专业不断深化产教融合人才培养模式,能够为提升会计数智化人才培养质量和人才输送、服务区域经济做出巨大贡献.然而,动力不足、机制不全、条件有限等因素,制约着民办高职大数据与会计专业产教融合人才培养模式的发展.为此,结合广州华商职业学院的创新做法,民办高职院校应通过激发内生动力、共建竞赛平台、强化管理体系与完善建设条件,积极探索大数据与会计专业产教融合人才培养模式.
Abstract
The talent cultivation model for integration of industry and education is an important way to improve the quality of vocational education and promote economic development.The continuous deepening of the talent cultivation model for integration of industry and education in the majors of big data and accounting in private vocational colleges can make a huge contribution to improving the quality of accounting digital talent training,talent delivery,and serving regional economy.However,factors such as insufficient motivation,incomplete mechanisms,and limited conditions are hindering the development of the talent cultivation model for the integration of big data and accounting majors in private vocational colleges.Therefore,in combination with the innovative practices of Guangzhou Huashang Vocational College,private vocational colleges should actively explore the talent cultivation model of integrating big data and accounting majors through stimulating endogenous motivation,jointly building competition platforms,strengthening management systems,and improving construction conditions.
