Study on Path of Rural Revitalization in Fujian Province Empowered by Digital Economy
The paper studies the relevant policies and development of rural revitalization in Fujian Province empowered by digital economy.There are following main problems in rural revitalization in Fujian Province empowered by digital economy:first,the imbalanced development among regions;second,the constraints and shortcomings in the development of rural industry;third,the ability of rural governance needs to be improved;fourth,the weak quality of rural industry,resulting in insufficient capital investment and increased difficulty in absorbing a large amount of social capital.The paper puts forward the suggestions and countermeasures for digital empowerment to speed up Fujian rural revitalization as follows:first,strengthen the overall planning and design,and enhance the degree of cooperation in digital rural construction;second,upgrade and empower production digitally and adjust the agricultural industry chain and value chain;third,optimize the business environment,strengthen the team building,and improve the ability of rural governance;fourth,serve"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"with digital finance,and prudentially supervise and support with policy parallelly.
