摘要
人工智能时代的到来要求经管类专业的人才培养必须改革创新,以适应经济和社会对人才的需要.在人工智能背景下,经管类人才应强化人工智能应用能力、数据分析与决策能力、跨学科综合能力与创新创业能力.但地方高校经管类人才培养仍存在课程体系滞后、实践能力培养较为薄弱、专业教师智能素养有待提升等问题,应通过优化经管类专业课程体系,增强跨学科属性,强化人才培养的能力导向,积极增强教师的智能素养等举措,进行人才培养改革,以适应人工智能时代的新需求.
Abstract
The era of artificial intelligence has underscored the necessity of reform and innovation in the cultivation of economics and management professionals,to meet the evolving demands of both economy and society.Given the prominence of artificial intelligence,professionals majored in economics and management are urged to augment their proficiency in utilizing artificial intelligence,adeptly analyzing data and making decision,fostering cross-disciplinary comprehensive competence,and actively pursuing innovative and entrepreneurial capacity.However,local universities face challenges in the talent cultivation of economics and management majors,including outdated curriculum systems,weak development on practical ability,and low intelligent literacy of professional teachers to be improved.To address these issues,reforms should be undertaken through optimizing the curriculum system of economics and management majors,enhancing interdisciplinary attributes,strengthening competency-based talent cultivation,and actively enhancing faculty members'intelligent literacy,to adapt to the new demands of the artificial intelligence era.
