数字转型背景下传统企业财务管理模式研究

摘要
在数字时代背景下,随着信息技术的飞速发展,传统企业所面对的经营环境越来越复杂,市场竞争越来越激烈,财务管理已经成为企业生存与发展的根本.利用大数据技术建立一个财务管理平台,可以对财务数据的价值进行全面的挖掘,把对财务数据的分析成果运用到企业的整个生产运营和建设过程中,提高企业的财务管理效率.目前,传统企业的财务管理数字化转型受到各种因素的制约,还存在着许多不完善的地方.因此,本文分析传统企业进行数字化转型的必要性,基于此,探究在数字化转型背景下的财务管理模式及目前存在的问题,并在此基础上提出解决对策,以期为其他企业提供一定的借鉴作用.
Abstract
In the context of the digital age,with the rapid development of information technology,the operating environment faced by traditional enterprises is becoming more and more complex,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and financial management has become the foundation of enterprise survival and development.To establish a financial management platform with big data technology can comprehensively mine the value of financial data,apply the analysis results of financial data to the entire process of production,operation and construction of the enterprise,and improve the financial management efficiency of the enterprise.At present,the digital transformation of financial management of traditional enterprises is still constrained by various factors,and there are still many imperfections.Therefore,the paper analyzes the necessity of digital transformation of traditional enterprises,explores the financial management model and current problems in the context of digital transformation,and proposes solutions on this basis,so as to provide some reference for other enterprises.
