山东省数字普惠金融与县域经济高质量发展

摘要
数字普惠金融凭借其数字化和普惠性的优势,有效提高了金融服务的效率和可得性,有助于解决县域经济发展中存在的融资难问题,赋能县域经济高质量发展.文章利用 2014-2020 年山东省 78 个县域的面板数据,使用熵权法测算山东省县域经济高质量发展指数,建立固定效应模型探究山东省数字普惠金融与县域经济高质量发展关系.结果表明:数字普惠金融在推动山东省县域经济发展方面起到显著作用,并在覆盖广度、使用深度、数字化水平上也均显著,且三者中覆盖广度的促进作用最大.最后,提出数字普惠金融对县域经济发展的举措.
Abstract
Digital inclusive finance,with its digital and inclusive advantages,effectively improves the efficiency and availability of financial services,helps to solve the financing difficulties existing in the development of county economy,and enables the high-quality development of county economy.The paper uses the panel data of 78 counties in Shandong Province from 2014 to 2020,uses entropy weight method to measure the high-quality development index of county economy in Shandong Province,and establishes a fixed-effect model to explore the relationship between digital inclusive finance and high-quality development of county economy in Shandong Province.The results show that digital inclusive finance plays a significant role in promoting the development of county economy in Shandong Province,and it is also significant in coverage breadth,depth of use and digital level,and the coverage breadth makes the largest promoting effect among the three.Finally,the paper puts forward the measures of digital inclusive finance to the county economic development.
