摘要
从企业对RCEP规则条款的把握运用、知识产权风险防范、"走出去"企业面临的人才困境、RCEP区域内国家的竞争等方面分析了RCEP给江苏纺织产业带来的挑战.认为江苏纺织产业应通过深化产业链整合、加大研发投入、拓展国际市场、加强人才引培等措施,不断提高从业者整体素质,优化产品出口结构,提升产业创新和竞争能力,充分利用好RCEP给江苏纺织产业带来的红利,为全球纺织产业链的发展贡献更多智慧和力量.
Abstract
The challenges brought by RCEP to Jiangsu textile industry are analyzed from the aspects of enterprises'grasp and application of RCEP rules and regulations,risk prevention of intellectual property,talent dilemma faced by"going-global"enterprises,and competition among countries in the RCEP region.It is believed that Jiangsu textile industry should continuously improve the overall quality of practitioners,optimize the export structure of products,enhance industrial innovation and competitiveness,make full use of the dividends brought by RCEP to Jiangsu textile industry,through deepening industrial chain integration,increasing R&D investment,expanding international markets,strengthening talent introduction and cultivation,and other measures,to contribute more wisdom and strength to the development of the global textile industry chain.
