Research on Management Performance Evaluation of S Textile Company Based on Balanced Scorecard
In the enterprise management,the management performance evaluation occupies the core position,and it is very important to promote the achievement of organizational goals and stimulate the enthusiasm of the management.However,S Textile Company encountered a series of challenges and difficulties in the implementation of management performance evaluation.The paper aims to deeply explore the problems existing in the management performance evaluation of S Textile Company,and put forward corresponding solutions based on these analyses.Based on this,S Textile Company can optimize its management performance evaluation system,improve the work enthusiasm and efficiency of the management,and further promote the realization of the overall strategic objectives of the enterprise.At the same time,the solution also provides a useful reference for other textile companies.
