文章阐述了泡泡牛仔布的组织规格设计及生产过程.采用双轴织机织造,通过特殊的上机工艺控制两个织轴的上机张力,调节泡比大小,使织物泡形饱满清晰、立体感强.经后整理工艺,成布的一等品率达 99%.
Abstract
The design of tissue specification and production process of bubble denim was described in this paper.The bubble denim was produced on a double-axis loom,and the tension of the two wea-ving axes was controlled through special weaving process,and the bubble ratio was adjusted to make the fabric full,clear,and three-dimensional.After finishing process,the first-class rate of fabric was up to 99%.
