摘要
文章以有光锦纶长丝、转杯纺黏胶短纤纱为原料,选用 YH116A 包覆机试纺微弹黏胶/锦纶曲珠复合纱,探讨了包覆纺纱工艺参数对成纱性能的影响.经测试对比分析,发现以 19.7 tex黏胶短纤纱为芯纱、采用锦纶曲珠双包、上排捻度为 610 捻/m、下排捻度为 640 捻/m 的复合纱的综合性能达到最优,成纱质量最好.
Abstract
In this paper,the glossy nylon filament and rotor spun viscose staple yarn was used as raw materials of spinning,the micro-elastic viscose staple fiber/nylon filament composite yarns were spun on YH116 A covering machine,and the influence of covering spinning process parameters on yarn properties was discussed.On the basis of testing and comparative analysis,it is considered that the composite yarn with 19.7 tex viscose staple fiber yarn as core yarn,nylon twist bead double pack-age,upper twist of 610 twist/m and lower twist of 640 twist/m has the best comprehensive perform-ance and the best yarn quality.
